Platform Parts is the access platform parts division of Vertimac BV, a long-established and well-respected Belgian company supplying new and used machines, parts and rental services in many countries worldwide. No, we will continue to take your enquiries and orders by email, telephone, WhatsApp and via the webshop, just as previously. Our VAT number remains the same although bank account details may change in the future.
No, all the existing CPS sales team will continue as previously, and be ready to help by phone, email & WhatsApp.
Only in exceptional circumstance when a considerable saving in total shipping cost could be made. For the vast majority of orders, parts will be shipped from our UK warehouse for next day delivery, and UK stock levels will be greatly increased to cope with increased demand. The only shipping costs charged in these cases will be the UK inland delivery cost.
No, you will continue to be invoiced as normal in £ sterling with UK VAT, payment terms will remain the same, and payment will be to a UK bank account.
No, for customers who prefer to buy OEM parts we will not only continue to supply but in many cases pricing will be even more competitive. We will, however, offer a much wider range of lower cost but high-quality aftermarket equivalents, backed by up to 2 years warranty.
