Over 15 years of advising customers on access platform parts with Snorkel, IPS and TVH combined with a peculiar ability to remember and recognise part numbers makes Tom the ideal person to make sure you get the part you need first time. Co-owner and Managing Director of CPS, Tom has built a business with the product range and stock levels required to achieve his mission in life: never have to say no to a customer needing parts whatever the brand or however obscure the request.

He might look young (at least compared to the rest of us!) but Shay is fast becoming steeped in the speciality business of access parts. As well as making sure we have the parts in stock that customers need and getting them despatched the same day where possible, Shay is quickest on the draw when answering telephone sales enquiries and the go-to man for technical development of our inventory management system..

Ben has deep experience in the access parts business, running the warehouse for the now-defunct IPS and subsequently in a field sales support role for TVH. His role is  to make sure our key account parts customers receive the highest level of service available in the UK. As we extend our service to larger hire fleet customers a higher level of personal interaction with customers to meet their needs and resolve any problems is vital. Ben’s role is to provide the human face of the business that other suppliers sadly lack.
