We hope you will be 100% satisfied with the products we supply, but from time to time we do receive defective products from suppliers or they get damaged in transit. Our New parts (with the exception of batteries) are covered by a 12 month warranty and if faulty we will exchange these for identical replacements subject to certain conditions. Unfortunately we are not able to refund goods supplied which are no longer required, or have been ordered incorrectly. We try to assist customers who have made a genuine mistake where possible on common stock items but even in these cases we will need to charge a handling and restock fee.
For clarity before ordering, here are specific details of our warranty and returns policy
Warranty:
- NEW parts are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of shipment against defects
- Details of the defect (including photographs if appropriate) must be provided before we can approve the warranty claim
- On UK-delivered parts ONLY, once we have approved the claim, we will arrange delivery of the replacement part and collection of the faulty part. Overseas customers must arrange return of the faulty part themselves, including customs arrangements.
- Under no circumstances will we offer compensation for consequential losses, only the original value of the part is covered.
- No replacement or credit will be provided until the returned part has been inspected and found to be defective. If a replacement has already been sent and the original part proves not to be defective, customers will be invoiced for the additional part and delivery costs
- For new, old-stock (NOS) parts we will only refund the purchase cost if the part is reported as defective within 7 days of shipment. We cannot guarantee to supply replacement parts for NOS items; a credit will be issued if found to be faulty after the part is returned to us.
- We are unable to offer our warranty on Batteries - we can only pass on the battery supplier's warranty conditions to customers.
Returns
- We will only accept returns due the incorrect part number being ordered if we identified the part number against supplied machine serial number and details. Customers must ensure that the serial number, age and full model details are accurately supplied prior to ordering.
- We do not undertake to refund the cost of any part for any reason other than incorrect identification by us or a vaild warranty claim.
- We will consider requests for return and a credit to your account for common stock parts (not special order items) by prior agreement, but parts must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging. In this case we will deduct a restock fee of 20% of the original sales price, plus the costs of delivery before crediting the balance to your account.
